Located in a serene Canareggio neighborhood, not far from a train station. Spacious bedroom, kitchen/dining area, and even a washing machine. Quiet surroundings and comfortable bed. Convenient location near train station and waterbus stops for easy transportation. Lovely rooms, clean and well-maintained. Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast includes a variety of options. Plenty of great restaurants nearby.

We had a great stay at a lovely B&B in Venice. The location was off the beaten track but still close to bars and restaurants. The self-check-in was super convenient, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The free water in the fridge was a nice touch after a long day of exploring in the warm weather. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a weekend trip.

No major issues, everything was just perfect!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great, just a short 15-minute walk from the train station. It was in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the main sights. The hotel was verynice and neat, with well-equipped rooms. The staff were kind, great to leave our bags on the checkout day. The breakfast options were vast, and we enjoyed the delicious food every morning. this hotel offered excellent facilities and was conveniently located close to transportation.

Comfortable and clean room: The twin bedroom was verysuper clean and cozy, making it feel like a home away from home. Quiet location: The B&B is situated in a quiet alley, away from the busy main streets, nice for a peaceful night's sleep.

Faulty fridge switch: The switch to regulate the temperature in the fridge was broken, and we would have appreciated a cooler fridge.
